Good evening, yes, it is. In case of late arrival we send all the instructions to enter in the room and we do the check-in the next day. If you prefer to meet a person of the staff at your arrival we request an extra payment.

The best way is by public boat orange line to the station Giglio or by private water taxi to our water gate.

The stuff was very helpful when we left . Arranging a water taxi and carrying our suitcases downstairs.
It was great location.
There was no one to help us when we arrived to carry the suitcases up 3 stories:( cause there’s no elevator.

Great Stay & location
Loved the room and the location. Staff welcomed us and gave us some good information, including restaurants. The room was very comfortable and updated. The room had a view of the canal which was very nice, and you could see some gondola's go by.
The bathroom was above the room and the stairs to get to it was steep. Not an issue for us, but a consideration for others.

Amazing *****
Beautiful apartment, very comfy bed, fabulous shower, tv has netflix and prime and the nespresso machine was a bonus...also great air con! Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Marco polo Square. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Canal view from room is amazing, especially seeing the gondolas float by. The hosts were super friendly, clear and easy communication about the booking and check instructions and they had great local information, happily arranged for a water taxi to collect us from the property and take us straight back to the airport for a good price. Kept baggage after check out for us due to late flight. Very highly recommended, would gladly return.
It wasn't a problem for us but be aware there is no lift so you will need to carry your cases up stairs...but the whole of Venice is not hold luggage friendly, with tiny, busy, cobbled streets and many steps and bridges...we were glad to only have carry on.

had a fantastic stay.
The location was great. Easy to get to all points of interest. The hotel was easy to locate. The staff were very helpful. great resturants nearby. canal view, seranaded each night, from the gondoliers.
